How to reach us
Every message sent to support@marketsignals24.com reaches the same small team that writes and publishes the signals. We answer in the order messages arrive, usually within one business day (Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET). Messages received during a major market event may take slightly longer, because the desk is monitoring open positions first.
To help us answer quickly, please include the email address attached to your account, the instrument or page concerned, and, for technical issues, the browser and device you were using.
- • Account and billing: subscription changes, invoices, failed payments, cancellation requests.
- • Signal corrections: if a level, timestamp or instrument appears wrong, tell us and we will verify and correct it.
- • Editorial corrections: factual errors in an article are corrected in place, with the correction date added.
- • Partnerships and advertising: media kit, audience figures and sponsorship conditions on request.
- • Data protection: access, rectification, portability and erasure requests under the GDPR.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personalised investment advice, tell you whether to buy or sell a specific asset, or manage an account on your behalf. We cannot recover funds lost with a third-party broker, and we are not able to intervene in a dispute between a trader and a broker. If your question concerns the execution of an order, contact your broker directly.
Reporting a problem with the website
If a page does not load, if a chart is empty, or if the signal feed appears frozen, include the exact URL, the time of the incident and, if possible, a screenshot. These reports go directly to the engineering team and are triaged against our uptime log.
Postal and legal enquiries
Legal notices, copyright claims and formal requests should use the same address with "Legal" in the subject line. Our full company details, hosting provider and publication director are listed in the legal notice page, which is linked from every page footer.
